Brochure for mailout

We are looking for someone to create an impactful brochure in colour (it will be printed on glossy A4 paper) that we can use in marketing mailouts.
We will also be distributing the brochures at an upcoming furniture exhibition that we are attending.

We have some photographs on file that can be used, so this project can be done remotely. We know roughly what angle/text we want to adopt but we are also open to creative suggestions to make the brochure stand out from the crowd at the exhibition.
