Brand Guidelines needed based on logo - 2 day Turnaround

We have an existing logo that we would like to build up a brand guidelines document around .

Must include:

Logo:
Logo + logo usage rules
black and greyscale usage
rules on clearspace
minimum logo sizing and rules

typography:
primary and secondary fonts
typography options and hierarchy
how to place text on imagery/photos

Colours:
the colour palette

Imagery:
What types of images to use
how to use colours with imagery
