Brand Guidelines

Industry: Publishing/Journalism
Design details: I already have a logo for my publishing company and need to produce a brand guideline document to show print, web and mobile app designers the look and feel of my brand.

Have a look at this PDF - I don't need anything quite as complex or detailed but it will give you a feel of what I need:

I think I'll need the following elements in addition to a front 'cover'

1) the brand: definition, vision, mission, etc. (I already have that text)
2) logo in different formats and backgrounds
3) Acceptable color palette
4) Typography: I have an all caps logo, but would like a low cap logo too.
5) A "Do and don't" page
6) space to be kept around the logo
7) product packaging guideline (which I already have but not in a professional way)

Let me know what you think the budget should be.
Ideas for the visual style: must comply with current logo style
