Bootstrap UX designer

I am looking for a designer that can design custom Bootstrap pages. The web pages will be for a cloud bases application. Our developers have developed this application on PHP. Your role will be to work in a team on per needed basis to produce HTML/CSS pages that developers can then take and add code to it.
• You must have good understanding of User Interface principles and what is easy for the user to understand. This is very important because we will expect input from you on what is the best way to design a page for usability purposes.
• You must speak good English be available to communicate well with our team when needed
• Each page must not take more than one day to produce for our team.
• You must produce very high quality final pages so there is no or very limited revisions.

About the project;

The application itself mostly consists of tables and data entry forms. But in the future we may add to it some statistical charts.

Your bid should the cost to produce each page. We have 10s of pages. And we want a designer that will work with us for at least 6 months or one year on per-needed basis.
