Booklet Template Design

We are looking for someone to design and create the layout and format of official documentation for the business. To begin with we want someone to design a booklet template for us to transfer our content into. In particular we are looking for:
• The use of our logo and colour scheme
• A font similar to our website font (will pass on all details)
• Recommended font for headings, sub-headings and regular text.
• An editable front cover
• A template for tables, graphs and diagrams
• A professional, modern, recognisable but simple design
• Simple for us to add and edit content without affecting format
• Represent the brand

With the successful graphic designer, we would like a to develop a professional relationship to include designing our certificates, letterheads, business cards and other documentation. We would also like someone with some experience/knowledge of website UI/design/content.
