Banner layout in Adobe PhotoShop

My company is attending a conference and I need a rollup banner designed in PhotoShop. Dimensions are 33 inch x 80 inch.I need a very quick turn around time. Project completes in 2 days.

I'm looking for talent that is immediately available. Links to your portfolio which shows my guidelines can be addressed with your skillset would help. I need a graphic designer experienced in the art that can provide the artistic knowledge and guidance.

Freelancer must meet these performance requirements to get fully paid:
* Designer must provide 3 design drafts in 24-hours (I will select only 1 design to move forward)
* Final draft in 24-hours after review comments
