Back-up Graphic Designer for ongoing work needed!

Information for the business: All types of graphic design.
Design details: I currently work with a designer here on PPH that I am happy with but sometimes they are either; a. too slow for the turn-around I need, b. cannot get the design elements I want or c. have too many other things to do. I need a back-up designer who is economical, will work with me on as many revisions as I need without additional charge and who will allow me to pay them "per project" as negotiated between us. You will need to be able to do the following type of work;
1. Business Card and Matching Stationery...
2. Business Plans, Presentations, Proposals custom designed...
3. Brochures and Folder Media Kits...
4. Banners, Headers for Social Media, Blogs, etc...
5. Customize and Reformat Images as needed...
6. Other not described herein...

This first project is logo and matching business card, stationery, Facebook header image and Twitter background image!
Target audience: High-end Clientele
Messages to communicate through the design: ***This first project pays $30 USD and is in 2 steps; 1. logo design, 2. we choose the logo and you do the rest of the work!***

I need at least 4 logo concepts, completely unique in design, HD quality and high resolution!

Once we choose the logo we can have the other tools created by you (i.e. stationery, business card, Facebook and twitter images).
Ideas for the visual style: The logo will be used by Client on the outside of her shop for signage and for many other things.
Things to avoid: DO NOT USE blah colors, cartoonish designs, plain text, etc... All design must be high-end!

First, all of your work will be for my Clients so I need very fast turn-around on high quality work! If it takes you 2 days to deliver a logo, you are not the skilled designer I need!

Second, you must be flexible on payment, be able and willing to take payments over time on some projects while always being paid something in advance, therefore I need a low hourly rate or a pay as we go agreement for ongoing work!

Third, I have high expectations so please not not be the type to get mad if I do not like a design as my #1 priority is making my Clients happy, again you must be flexible!

Fourth, I need fast turn-around and since I live in the USA if you are somewhere else in the world you have to make it a point to set a time when we can dialog here on PPH through messages.

Fifth, I require all source files with the jpegs, png's and pdf files you provide when the work is done. This is my secondary business and therefore I am not always flooded with work however I do.

This first initial job pays $30 (read above before you accept). Some jobs pay more, some less, you must be flexible!
