Artwork for a CD/Arecord sleeve

I'm seeking a CD/Arecord sleeve in a comic book/Manga style depicting 4 characters. Similiar to the Teen tians/Gorillaz. The characters are 3 black people (one female) and on white male. The end result should be dark,moody and comical and bright in the personalities. Here are images of the characters along with an example picture. (which would obviously require some variance. Please let me know if this something within your remit along with a price quote and time scale. Please note ,there are only two characters in the images I can send more at a later date.
