For the rear extension, front porch and driveway as agreed you will do the floor plans and elevations for the TO-BE structure for £90. Some of the below stuff(is already complete) I have already sent you

• Elevations @ 1:50 or 1:100
• Floor plan @ 1:50 or 1:100 – floor plan of the main dwelling and the existing/proposed extensions
• Block site plan - on it we will confirm that the rear extension is demolished – and to include the new proposed rear extension on the block site plan (and annotate its depth). Layout of the driveway including vehicle/pedestrian accesses an front porch.
• Location plan (already sent and is OK, but will send it again) – that is correct, we require this so that all documents are proven to been submitted by the applicant on the same date
For the prior application for the existing structure:
• Floor plan (ground level only) – this needs to be the floor plan of both the main dwelling (plus any extensions that are existing)

Unlimited tweaks (as required) by the council, as long as there is no substantial change in collateral. i will send you the pics of the house later on today. Can you please amend the proposal and send this across for £90.00 I will accept this
