App design (several pages, but copy current style) - must be able to complete today

Design details: We have a set of PSDs for an app.

My current designer is on holiday, so I would like someone to take our PSD's and add

approximately 10 pages - a combination of new and amendments.

Note this is NOT a big project. We have our layout, font etc ready - all we need is some icons added and text changed.
