Annotated photographs/Diagrams made on the MEP services of an architectural building

Design details: For the following building: Saynatsalo Town Hall
I will provide Autocad Plans and Sections

• Annotated photographs of installations
• Diagrams, these may be hand drawn overlays on plan or section drawings

Describing the following
Services; Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
a. What is the heating system (and active cooling system if present) and how is heat
transferred to the interior spaces, e.g. underfloor heating, wall radiators? What is the
architectural presence of the transfer element?
b. How is fresh air brought into the building and damp and/or stale air extracted? Visible
fixtures and fittings such as windows, vents, ducts, etc should be described fully in drawings
and annotated photographs.
c. Locate the plant room(s) and horizontal and vertical services distribution routes through the
building.
d. Identify the ways in which the occupant is able to control their comfortable in habitation of the
building.
e. Describe how at least two interior spaces of the building are differently artificially lit. Visible
light fittings should be described in drawings and annotated photographs, and the quality of
lighting they provide identified.
