An email product info follow up

Hi. I have had a go at making a mailchimp email for my customers but fail to get it functional. I can send you the version I had already completed. It is fine but not functional. If you could use the text and other info ie contact info etc from top to bottom of email and make a pc and mobile devise ready email. The images can also be changed but you might find them suitable. Most importantly I want to have a finished item that I can send to people that has a customisable paragraph at the beginning so I can make a personal message to them.
