I Have an image that i need a specific design

i would like the design that is on the ;eft hand side (in black edited with the picture)

The tittle of the album cover is Further Than Before

artist name is : Blaze Barnation

parental advisory logo on the bottom left

name of artist in white

title of album in gold

As well as the front i will provide you names of the track for the back cover

i need the image to be in HD for itunes as soon as possible please

as for the font make the artist name bigger than the album title..


and have the album title right under the artist name
