Album Cover artwork design - using an image logo and font I have

I am wanting a quick design for a Spotify album that I am releasing.
I have the image, and logo and I would like Circular font.

The album is called 'Acoustic Uncovered'

I'd like a PDF file, and multiple resolutions of the JPEG files in both 3000x3000 pixels and 6000

I have attached also a design from my last album, and want it similar to this, same font, same font and logo placement etc. I'm sure it would only take 10 minutes work so I have offered a low budget.
