Ahegaokin Face

This a weird one for me as I have no idea where to request something like this. I am an artist who is making a song about anime women. I had this idea to make the single cover art the Ahegaokin orgasm face seen in a lot of ecchi manga. If you can draw in that style then I would be willing to pay you to have a custom one done so I don't have to deal with the copyright issues that comes with using someones image. I'm not sure if this is something you can do but I've got my fingers crossed! I've attached an example image that I mocked up real quick so you can see what I am going for.
