A4 brochure 4pp to be designed. ongoing work

i am launching an advertising funded a4 freepaper which will be going through doors. however to generate initial adverts/sales I need something that I can show the advertisers what it is that is being distributed. I particularly like this as an example:

I need just a basic 4pp a4 designed. one colour. showing potential advert slots of various sizes.

I need to see 2 proofing stages. The reason this is such a low budget as its a pilot. if it works which I see no reason that it won't then i will use you for the brochure going forward.

it will be monthly and as it grows i would expect you to do the design so there will be lots of work coming your way.

i need a theme/logo designed for the document as well. it will be called "The Croydon Local"
