A3 Takeaway Menu Design with 3 folds

Information for the business: Restaurant Menu
Industry: Food and Beverage
Design details: I need a A3 Size takeaway menu for a Restaurant.

The design style is ready but need to be redo again as i do not have the original files. its only PDF.
this needs to be in Double parallel fold.

the jobs needs to be done is:

> follow the design which will be provided ( Redesign )
> re-type all the menu
> Double parallel fold ( 8 Pages )
> I Need this with-in 24 hours from now! ( 21:42 London Time 02/08/16)
Number of pages needed: 8
Content on the front/back side and body: Logo and informations
Ideas for the visual style: ?
Things to avoid: please avoid using any cartoon staff
Preferred colors: black, white, gold
Extra notes: Luxury looking, silk finish with the design... you can add your own touch of creativity but it needs to be similar to the sample and the style of the business card which will be provided when i give you the job. the design should not look exactly the same as the PDF sample it should be a bit different.

Images and the logo will be provided.
