A vision of a new building

please find attached the photos of the properties. I have converted the current building (middle picture) and are looking to develop the Ladbrokes building. I am not looking for anything to scale. I am looking to show the council my vision on how it could look becoming part of my current business.

Could you please quote me for the following:

Design 1
The first picture of just the Ladbrokes building:
The front all cladded in a copper finish (so all the brickwork will be covered in cladding)
New grey windows
Make a feature of the coach lamp
New signage above the Ladbrokes sign in black and gold centralised - THEATRE HOUSE
Ladbrokes signage glass etc to remain exactly the same


Design 2

With the same picture all the above alterations but also the following
Remove all the Ladbrokes signs
Put a full new glass screen with 2 big double glass door in the centre
Make the sign Theatre House bigger to incorporate where the ladbrookes sign was as well


Design 3
As per design 1 but incorporate a full image of the current building with the new building (picture 3)

Design 4
As per design 2 but incorporate a full image of the current building with the new building (picture 3)
