A faceswap on an album and New lettering on the album.

Hello! I'm not sure if you are exactly the right person for this job, but I am looking to change the face on an album cover to that of my friend and change the album title. I am looking for a really good looking, professional job though, because it's for a friend's birthday, and I want it to look more realistic than silly.
