A digital brochure on PDF

We seek the creation of an engaging digital brochure for a care provider company. The attached files will provide all necessary visual and written elements including logo, colour scheme and textual content, it only allows three attachments so more can be provided. The goal is to design and build an informative yet aesthetically pleasing PDF brochure highlighting the company's services and values. This is to include pictures as indication in red text on the doc provided and similar to the samples provided. The word doc is for text and ideas only, it is nit a set length, the brochure can be more spread out than this, with more pages and so on.
