Information for the business: Free touristic map & agenda to be distributed

Design details: Finished product to be printed double sided in A4. I am looking for a template as the document itself will be updated weekly. I have the format. i want so it is basically the design layer i am looking for.
Target audience: tourists
Number of pages needed: 1
Content on the front/back side and body: inside is a map and some data. front page a logo on top catchy title in the middle and address at the bottom, back sides information
Ideas for the visual style: it's a city near the ocean so curvy lines that will mix seaguls out lines & waves
Preferred colors: i would like to give it a look & feel this document as been proposed for ever
Extra notes: i want to end up with a pdf file.
