5x PCB Gerber Files from CAD drawings

I currently have a need to generate 5x GERBER files for PCB manufacture, each of which is extremely simple. Essentially, all 5 together form a single series circuit. I have CAD models of each of the boards, know all of the component positions / part numbers, and know all of the board sizes. I just need someone to translate this information into GERBER files so that I can have the boards manufactured.
