3D model by our sketch

My name is Nicol and I represent the advertising agency Effectivity in Slovakia. Nowadays we have started a successful project for the upcoming football championship. On this occasion, we plan to launch the app / online game and real plastic football players. That's why we're looking for a 3D modeler who can model 22 different characters (by our sketchs) that we use in the online world, and then give them to the manufacturer to make figurines. Can you please tell me what is your price for one model + the time you need it?
