24pp A5 Brochure - Have a 22pp that needs that special touch/adding Print/Email Ready

Information for the business: We sell fashion footwear
Design details: We have an exhibition coming up and we need to send our catalogue to the printers. I have designed our current catalogue in the past, but we now have some new products and want to offer a really good polished product for our customers.

The current catalogue (attached) is 22pp, but 4pp is filled with lifestyle shots.

The new catalogue will be 24pp and will include our two new ranges, flip flops and espadrilles.

The current catalogue is A5, Portrait, but this can change to Landscape if it make the style and layout better and clearer.

The current catalogue is available in PSD, and we would like your help to ensure it is the following:

1) Print ready to send to the printers
2) Cleaner, clearer. Currently I did this, and I am not qualified. So I want someone to wave a wand and change to make it look a lot better than it currently does.
3) Clean up and space, use the same designs, but ensure the text is clear, and the pages look professional.
4) Add you flare, and give us a finished product that will get us excited, and also give us a good look at the exhibition.
5) All artwork is ready in our dropbox
6) Lifestyle shots are available
7) Revisions must be included
8) Ideally, If you are able to also supply the catalogue in PDF online catalogue ready, that would be excellent. So we will get the print version (i.e. pages in the correct printing order) and also a copy we can email to customers which will make sense in order to the online reader.

I am posting here due to time, I don't have the available time to sit and change this prior to the exhibition, so I am posting here. But for this reason, and the reason that most of the catalogue is already designed and ready (just needs polishing and made to look more professional, i.e. deisgned by a professional!), the budget must remain low.

If we are happy with the winning bidder and the work carried out, we would like to offer more work in the form of leaflets for a new range and pricelists, so there is plenty of work to come, and we would like to work with one designer who can follow through the design of the business.
