2 X Games Need Redesign

I have competition websites that has 2 games, 1 is wheel of fortune, the other is slot machines. Its built in react.js.

The games are fully functioning, but the design looks like a 1980's game.

So I do not need the functionality changed, only styling into a modern design and for all devices.

I have no idea how it should look, but I will send the freelance a couple of images that I like just to give you an idea. BUT me being an old man with zero style taste, this will be up to you.

You need to be fully confident in doing this and know what you are doing. This is for the Next Generation Competition website that is going viral among competition website owners.

So, take into account a deign that goes across the board of what everyone would want, not just me.
