2 part project to design worksheets for a business course

I'm looking for someone to help me in two parts with design:

Big picture what I need: A full worksheet book that people can use to complete a strategic PR strategy document (approx 30 pages in total designed - designed to download and print and also so we could get it printed too) The style is boxes to complete, so it's not heavily designed, mainly boxes on a page / checklists / etc. set to a theme for the booklet and with a few custom graphics (e.g. a spider shaped graph to map our 10 part wheel)

Part 1: content to be provided on Sunday morning and draft provided Sunday evening to be send out by us on Monday:
- cover page
- 2 pages of questions, five topics per page and five questions per topic, in the style of a quiz/survey
- 1 page for results - scoring grid box at the top and at the bottom a black and white spider graph with ten 'legs' (I can sketch roughly what I mean!)
- 2 pages for topic, mainly grid form with boxes

Part 2 - within 1 week - a further two pages, then a further two pages within 2 weeks and full project (30 pages - but not heavily designed) completed within three weeks

Happy to pay for part 1 first but please quote for the full 30 pages.

Please only quote if you can turn the first part around tomorrow :-)
