11x17 foldover brochure - promoting a property for sale

Information for the business: JCT Real Estate Group
Design details: Looking for luxury looking, professional and impressive 11X17 brochure template to promote our listings for sale.
Will need front page to have massive image of the property on it - address and tagline of the house - thinking maybe landscape style to take advantage of photo. Possible logo on front?
Color scheme to match website colors www.JoeandCindy.com - black, grays, white, purples - or I'm open to black, red, white/gray too?
Inside two pages - need space for many photos - I'd like a minimum of 6-8 if possible. Also need space for list of features and highlights of the property - 10-20, the home specifications (#BR, BA, sq ft, lot size, school, etc 5-7), Room Measurements - list of rooms and their sizes (10-15)
Back - more images? maybe quick overview paragraph of home or one of the info sections from above, a quick sales pitch on our team, logo and contact information.
Target audience: consumers looking at this to potentially buy
Content on the front/back side and body: listed above
Ideas for the visual style: open
Things to avoid: clutter and too much busyiness
Preferred colors: match website or red/black/gray/white
