Unisex T-shirt/dress design

I need a clothes designer to design a unisex T-shirt/dress, ideally one size or two sizes max (s/m and l/xl). The shirt dress will have a design at the back (all of the back) and a small part of it peeking at the front on the shoulder. I would like something super cool and modern and exciting in the way of shape. It’s likely to be one colour, so the design can really be showcased.
