Trench coat and Dress samples needed for upcoming show

I am looking for someone that can make a trench coat/dress, fitted corset evening dress and bomber jacket based on the images attached. Would require toile sample and in final fabric. This is for an up coming show. Need someone that also works with in a deadline. I need the final samples latest September. I will be designing the print for the fabric so need someone that would be able to advise the correct fabric the print needs to be in for the final sample. Hoping we work well together. Please send fixed price proposals and rate cards so I can budget accordingly
