Tech Pack and Sample for Mosquito Net required ...

I need a Tech Pack & sample produced for new product designed for the backpacking/travel sector.
The product is a Mosquito Net made from polyester and netting material.
I am also looking for someone who can give me *basic* advice on approaching and dealing with factories/manufacturers, so if you have connections to factories/manufacturers in the UK or overseas that would be an advantage.

At this stage in the development of the net, I have the design, pattern(s) and one professionally produced sample.
I also have a basic homemade 'Tech pack' document that was used to produce the sample.

I would like a Tech Pack produced along with another sample made using a lighter-weight material and incorporating some minor tweaks.

There are opportunites for the right person to stay involved with the project in the medium term.

London bidder preferred, but not essential.
