Tailoring for casual menswear shirt - one off

I'm experimenting with creating my own patterns and I'd like to have a shirt made.

I will supply the fabric, but I'm looking for options regarding the style / pattern. Someone who can provide some guidance as this is a new endeavour for me.

This is for my private use and I'm not intending to mass produce. I just want to get a bit creative and try out creating a unique style.

I'm UK based so ideally someone here I / we can save a bit on delivery costs.
