T-Shirt Pattern Making and Grading

I need a detail-oriented fashion designer to draft and grade a t-shirt pattern. The t-shirt is to have 2 color-block panels - one on the front and one on the back.

I'll need the pattern in a digital format.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate design sketches into a detailed digital pattern
- Give input on grading styles as needed
- Create pattern cards for each pattern, clearly communicating sewing & construction as related to the pattern
- Timely follow through for execution of designs

SKILLS
- Fluent in English
- Thorough knowledge of silhouettes, sewing techniques, trim, garment construction, and grading
- Experience is applying shrinkage to patterns
- AutoCAD or other design software knowledge
- Experience with men's and women's apparel a plus
