T-shirt artwork

I am from a company who sells large format DTG printers and we need some artwork creating to show off the printers in action on t-shirts. I would like creating eye catching fashion designs that would be suitable in a mid-high end fashion store. I initially would like one design creating then the option of 10-20 further designs should i like the look of your designs. I need the designs to be:

PSD format
RGB colour space
Transparent background

Can you please quote me for the above brief alongside a timescale. I would need a minimum of 5 designs creating by Friday 14th October.
