T-Shirt and Cycling shirt design

I am about to start a long cycle across Thailand and would like to print a shirt to celebrate this and support awareness. I would like a shirt with:

Back:
A map of Thailand and the approximate route mapped
Words at the top of the shirt in Thai that say - Smile and say hello.
QR Code

Front:
A list of all the provinces I will pass through
something to make people smile as I pass by
QR Code

Essentially I would like the shirts to provoke conversation as I cycle on my own for a few months. I will share dimensions shortly, but essentially want to print on a standard cotton T shirt and on a cycling Jersey.
