Experience Level: Expert
I need a designer to create an image of a fisherman walking away with a large striped bass hanging down his back with a fishing rod in the other hand. I want him to be in a torrential rain in the same style as Frank Miller Sin City. Should be done in black and white. We are going to screen this on the back of a shirt so the image should be big and take up a lot of space.
