Simple vector of t-shirt design

Hi, I would like the design in the attached image converted into a vector format. I plan to print this design onto black t-shirts. Please may I receive the artwork in both an adobe illustrator file (.ai) and a .pdf file.

The design is a play on the Star Wars intro: in a galaxy far, far away...
The font I have used is a BOLD Franklin Gothic Book for the words and REGULAR Franklin Gothic Demi for the ellipsis.
Design needs to be up to 35cm long to be printed across a t-shirt.
