Seamstress to sew pouches with ending trims details

I'm looking for a seamstress that can produce a small batch of pouches bag - 30
Pouches bag details
Dimension -20cm x20cm
Material - Few in cotton and few in silk
Description - Internal layer to make it more thick plus trimming/ freshwater pearl beads

I would love to have someone on board that I can trust, as I would love this to become a frequent collaboration with bulk orders every couple of month.
