Research - Web based, finding a customized shirt vendor

Need help researching online companies to make a order for a custom shirt (2) for a wedding.
Need to find a vendor that will do silkscreen/color transfer/color printing on shirt with the following limitations.
1. No minimum order. Only need 2 shirts
2. Polo Shirt - Color White, Size- Youth Medium
3. Must be able to print on both sides of shirt, chest and back.
4. Total price for 2 shirts, printing, shipping, design fees, ect must be under 55.00USD
5. Graphic attached. Fit graphic on the left or right breast/chest area. approx 2.5inx2.5 in size
6. Words printed on back, black "RING SECURITY" Large black font - stretching across back shoulder area.
7. Vendor must be able to ship product within 30 days from order placement.

Job Complete/Payable once order with webiste/vendor is made and order is confirmed, with all 6 elements met.
