Require patterns, toils and samples for my start up brand!

I have recently started to build my own brand, something I am so excited about. I am 20 years old and studying fashion buying and merchandising at London College of Fashion, however I do not have experience in manufacturing products - I simply have sketches of my designs. So, I am looking for someone to create patterns (and tech packs - do I need both this and patterns cut?) for my designs and create toiles. I will also need samples made.

I would really like to work with someone that can help me make this the best it can be.
