Placement print

My name is Biljana and Im looking for someone to assist me in finalising my design.
I have created pattern for a fabric that will be used as kaftan.
If I send you the photos, samples can you tell me if you can place it on a program in high reslotion ready for print.
The first image is on what the pattern will go-the kaftan with round neck and dimensions are on the image
The second image is the print that will need to go on and you will need to do the scaling to fit in the fabric.
Can you do it and how much will be .
How big the file should be so it will be good quality
