Pattern cutting, grading and samples

I'm looking for an experienced person with pattern cutting, grading and sampling experience to create a small line of bridal lingerie and clothing for a brand launch in September.
I need someone that can understand basic designs and use their initiative to develop the designs and to create high quality garments ready for sale.
Must have experience of working with silk, velvet and making lingerie.
