Pattern Cutter Needed

I am looking for an experienced pattern cutter to produce a simple vest/tank pattern for me.
This may sound very basic but this simple pattern must be spot on! Size, style and proportions must be exact, (I'm looking for a perfectionist).
Ideal candidate must be able to toile too and make any necessary amendments.

I would be particularly interested in someone who has a lingerie background, though not essential but this may be the next port of call.
