Paris Fashion Week - Garment Creation

I need an experienced pattern cutter and designer to complete 3 looks. This includes 5 pieces, two dresses, a shrug, bralet and a pair trousers. This will be featured in Paris Fashion Week. I have all the materials just need a pattern cutter and sewer to help me complete this task. This project needs to be completed so the designs can be in Paris by the 9th September.
