On-Site Seamstress/Tailor for Pop-Up event.

We are a small lifestyle brand hosting an Pop-Up retail event in conjunction to the NFL football game happening at Wembley 30th October. Our event is on Friday 28 October with one of the attractions being an activation that allows people to purchase an item such as a Hat, Sweatshirt, or Light weight Varsity Jacket and have the option of selecting two additional patches (smaller matches being 3"-4" and larger patches "10 - 12") for purchase and have them sewn on to their items on-site. Most patches have a peel off adhesive making it very easy to adhere items to the clothing before sewing, no fabric glue necessary which will save a lot of time.

The event is from 12:00 - 7:00 PM with a custom request cut off at 6PM giving you ample time to wrap up any additional items that need to be completed before we leave the venue at 9PM. Please let me know if you will be available for this event.

Major Request: We are coming from the US so we ask that you be able to provide your own sewing machine (we will provide the thread)
