New Swimwear Brand needing possibly Designer! Samples! Seamstress!

I'm currently looking into launching a swimwear line but don't really know where to start or how to find trusted manufacturers that produce low volume and at a good price?

Another brand I admire recommended trying a seamstress so thought I would try this site for people in the industry (intermediate or advanced)

Please can you further advise of you ability for this sort of thing with samples of your work?

If this is not something you do any associated advice would be greatly appreciated
