Experience Level: Intermediate
I need someone to create an electronic graphic that I can upload to applied to a Tshirt that I plan to sell online. The shirt will be a solid color and the graphic should be one color on the shirt. I will need to be able to have the graphic in black and white.
The graphic itself needs to be an original picture of Uncle Sam. He should be sleeveless with big muscular arms. He should be carrying a stick with the letters "JSOC" on it. The phrase "Walk softly and carry a big stick" needs to under the graphic. The saying should be the theme for graphic as well.
The graphic should be delivered in EPS format.
When can it be delivered?
