Need seamstress for 8 custom fit nylon running/jogging shorts

I am seeking an experienced seamstress to create 8 custom-fitted pairs of lightweight nylon running/jogging shorts. The specifications include an elastic waistband measuring approximately 1.5" and a 34" waist (unstretched) to ensure a roomy fit below the waist, avoiding any tightness (Need to be 'roomy'). Each pair should feature an 18" leg length with a 6" inseam and a 1.5" to 2" V-shaped cut on the outer leg seam. The shorts should be crafted from thin to semi-thin, non-coarse silky nylon fabric to ensure comfort during wear. (Non-coarse silky nylon fabric, as coarse fabric is too abrasive and weighted) Prefer solid color options such as silver, grey, tan, or light blue. Though all pairs can be the same color.
