Need 1 Sample Prototype of Skirt From Design Sketch and Concept I Own Sewn and Mailed

Do you do clothing sample prototypes for people, like actually sending them a sample of their clothing design?I have a clothing design of a skirt I patented which i am looking for someone who sews or stiches to make. You Will have to be willing to sign a short NDA for Non-Disclosure.The total Price for everything to make Dress will be $60 as my design will not be extremely complicated, it should be rather simple if sewer is good at what they do. I will want you to make the 1 samples of Dress which I will send You sketch of and Must be able to follow instructions well as to how I would like features sewn.
