Hello! I am looking for someone to make a few leg and neck bands as far as carnival costume production. I have the fabric with the patterns for the leg pieces sketched on, and will just need someone to cut out and attach fabric to a foam backing that I will provide.
For the neck pieces it is 2 straight around choker style pieces i need with poppers/fastening at the back. 2 different thicknesses are required.
I will then apple beading myself.
