I'm after either a small factory or seamstress to help produce a batch of tartan skirts. 15 per design and in different sizes 6-8 / 8-10/ 10-12 / 14-16.
I can provide all patterns, fabric, elastic etc.
Must be UK based

does it have to be UK-based? Would you be open to working with someone remotely and having them manufactured overseas in China? Quantity as low as 1-10pcs is acceptable ;) Let me know, thanks!
